I got your post about "when DID you notice that your opponent had paired his door card?"
The other day, Doc Earl and I were playing against a new young Jammer.
Earl kept catching board hearts and checking. And the young Jammer just kept betting.
Finally after the Jammer had put in his river bet, Earl said " check raise."
After his bet was called, Earl put out one of his two cigarettes. Then he exposed his hand, which was made up of SEVEN hearts.
"OLD FRIEND" the young Jammer said, "Just WHEN did you F I R S T ! realize that you had made your flush!"
"SON the only FRIEND that you have at this table is the POT. " Doc Earl replied.
Some days the OLD BULLS still do get them all.
