I've adopted a new SNG strategy at Party Poker, which is to never slow-play a hand. If I hit a hand on the flop, a straight or a full house, I'm going all-in ... People are more likely to fold to a pot-sized bet than an all-in. All you need is one person to call you and it pays off.
