I think this is one of those "big pot, 1 bet on the river to me, must call" situations, I'd call.

That being said, the river card sure does suck. Calling's a lot easier when you can tell yourself he was just raising the flush draw he picked up, or hoping his top pair on the flop is still good. Ack...
