Trip to AC tomorrow - advice

So, after playing mostly online and various home games, I'll finally get a chance to sit down at a live table. I've heard that the players will be worse than many of the party/empire/etc fishes. Is this true? Anyone have some tips or advice as far as the difference with live play and how to make the best of it? Any particular favorite casinos in AC for any of you?
