I answer this question 15 times a day so here's the guide:
1) Open up the PokerNow client
2) Go to "My account" then "My account (website)"
3) If it doesn't log you in automatically, then log in fool!
4) Input the following link into your browser. Once the table shown has 1000 raked hands, you will have had enough raked hands for both bonuses:
