I don't know what these words mean, but from the context of their usage, they seem like insults.

First word is: "blote."

Second word is: "wanka." Actually, when I first saw this in a poker chat window, the first thing that came to my mind was someone was being accused of owning a chocolate factory. Then I remembered Willy Wonka is spelled with an "o."

I am not a Brit, but speak a similar language. I have never heard of "blote", but "bloke" I would translate as "good old boy".

I'm guessing the second word is "wanker", which would be a jack-off in American, in every sense of our term, as in "Your candidate is a real jack-off."
