2nd 20+2 tourney (my first I busted out with QQ on the first hand) I normally don't limp/reraise, my earlier bust probably caused me to be too timid /images/graemlins/confused.gif But with all the chips on the table I couldn't think anything but a push would be correct.

I think the existence of players like BB is enough justification for your push. Just start another game /images/graemlins/grin.gif

I agree that I LOVE the overcall. However I'm more concerned with the button. Granted I may very well lose my stack here anyway. However when I think of the hands I'd raise a bunch of limpers with it basically boils down to AA/KK/QQ/AK. I'll push with alot more hands if I'm short stacked, however should I be giving credit to people for raising multiple limpers with the same hands as I would?

I don't like a limp reraise in this situation at all. You're in MP3 and its quite likely that the CO, button and blinds will not raise this pot. Are you playing your queens for set value /images/graemlins/confused.gif

You need to raise this hand from MP3. At least make the blinds pay to see the flop.

Given you limp, I think your push is fine when the action gets back to you. KK over QQ is just one of those realities of poker.

Personally, I'd never limp reraise with QQ early on, especially not from a late position.

Only my opinion,

Zephyr

I agree I should have raised. As I said I busted out of the previous SNG (my first 20+2) with the same hand, so I was just a tad overcautious.

Ok, I just played a 3rd 20 and won it. I feel better now. Although for the time being, I will be more cautious about raises until I get a better feel for the game. Of course as soon as party's 10's are working again I'll play them as my bankroll isn't quite where I'd like to play the 20's :0)
