Sucks. I just cashed in the $100 NL MTT and it crashes. Anyone know how they do refunds for multis? Do they divide the prize pool evenly? Bad deal b/c I was in the top 10.

I was in the same postion. 4th in a 3-table, disc. If they just divide the pots evenly, not fair at all.

Yeah thats my question too. We were down to the last 100 out of 700. Why should anyone who already got busted get refunded? It should be split evenly between existing players.

I remember this happening to me about 5 months ago. I was playing a multi and I actually made it to the final table. Then everyone got disconnected and they refunded everyone their buy-in, and the tourney was canceled.

When I asked this question I assumed that they awarded the prize pool only to those still in the tourney. If they don't, I'll be really bummed. Not pissed tho, b/c why get pissed about something I can't do anything about.

I should have $953 coming my way if it's divided up evenly between the existing players. I guess we'll see.

I was in a 30+3 multi started with 630 down to about 110 I was above average in chips. This sucks. Does anybody know for sure how they handle refunds? I cant believe that they just refund the buy in to everyone, even those that already busted out. That would be really unfair.

So basically, you could sit down at a MTT and just start, like my MTT did, no players eliminated, so everyone gets their buy in back, but do they keep the entry fee?

Okay so it's back now, the end of my tourney sucked. I had about 10K, same as I did before the drop, but all of a sudden the blinds are 2K and 4K. WTF?

Well I got back on, placed 15th in my tournament. For some reason, we got blinded off while the servers were supposedly down. Go figure. There is one guy with 20,000 chips (2/3 of all in play) with 8 players left at the final table. I mean, come on...refund please! lol.

When they cancel the MTTs, they split the prize fund. Half is split evenly among the players still in the tournament. The other half is split propertionally to how many chips you have.

This happened to me when I was in 5th place with 80 players remaining. I got about $400, but it was probably lower than my expectation.

With the SNGs, you may need to email them requesting a refund.
