Neteller fee from Intertops?

Intertops just charged me $15 to withdraw out to Neteller.

Is this normal? I've never been charged a fee to withdraw to Neteller from any other poker room before...

I withdraw from intertops a bunch, and have never been charged a fee. I go from poker to sportsbook to neteller.

Intertops limits you to two free Neteller withdrawals per month. There's a $15 fee for each additional withdrawal.
