I would shovel chips in on the flop, where you are getting the most set over set value and before another straight card could kill the action. UTG may come along or even raise while drawing to two outs. You could slow down if SB 3-bets the turn as the straight starts to look likely.

I second that, play fast on the flop. Without it the turn action it is hard to place and you aren't getting that much value on the flop by overcalls.
