In most of the Pacific Poker MTTs i've played in, by about round 4 or 5 and for a while after that, the average stack for the tourney is about 10xBB. If I'm at 10xBB would I still be in all-in fold mode?

Yes...I don't see why it should change. The reason you go into all in/ fold mode is because a standard raise would PC you anyway, so you may as well push. I may be slightly more inclined to limp in LP/SB on a passive table w/ 6-10x in a tourney where everyone was SSed.

Yes, as long as you are still 10BB or less.

Soss -- or whoever -- if you had more than 10BB (say 15-20), and everyone left to act had less than 10BB, and you opened the pot, would you then go all-in for extra fold equity?
