I'm playing 3\6 (and 2\4) shorthanded on stars. I am curious if you guys have any general guidelines on postflop play with these hands.
Of course, you bet on the flop, no matter what comes. But, if you are called by 1 or 2 players on a ragged flop, how would you treat the different hands on turn and river?
An example: You have KQ\AK on the button. Utg and MP limps preflop, and you raise on button. The blinds fold. The flop is 259. Utg and MP check-calls your bet on the flop. Now, what do you do on the turn when you dont hit? The people I have asked, sais to bet with AK\AQ, and take a free showdown without improvement, and take the freecard with KQ\KJ (and other borderline hands) and fold on river-bet without improvement.
