Did anyone see the vote for change tour on Sundance Channel?

So I'm watching this concert on the Sundance channel and during the finale when Springsteen brings all the other acts up on stage to sing "People Have the Power", there is a guy behind Springsteen dancing around with a devil mask on.

What was that all about?
