What is everyone's opinion as to the best Omaha book available. I want to learn mainly Omaha Hi PL.

Ciaffone's Omaha book is great, and since you said you want to play mainly PL Omaha high, then you definately should get Reuben & Ciaffone's Pot & No-Limit book.
