Where did I go wrong?

Okay - I had a sizable lead and was just one hand away from finishing off villain. Then the cards just stopped coming and I self destructed. Is this normal or is my heads up play too weak? Comments please.

You play at a higher level than I do... but min raising when you have good cards, folding when you don't? What kind of heads-up strategy is that? I don't get it. Heads up I am raising 3xBB, all-in, or folding; some of the 3xBB raises are bluff raises. And AJ /images/graemlins/heart.gif I am all-in.

Mainly you had bad luck.

I think the size of your preflop raise with AJs was fine. On the flop, I would have either just pushed or gone for the checkraise allin with the flush draw and overcards. Your opponent's preflop raise call on that hand with J4o was strange.
