How do I add an avatar to my profile?

I believe it said I need a URL, which would be a link to another website that I have a picture posted? Thanks.

Click on "My Home" up at the top of the page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Edit" next to personal information etc. There should be an edit box in there to put your url into. Don't forget to hit the radio button and to make sure the avatar is 80x80 or less or bad things happen.
