I don't like that I check folded here but figured it was likely one of them did have the queen. Another bet would have pot committed me. Comments?

I did the same thing with AA today (checked behind on the turn when the Q paired, folded to an all in on the river). You have to go with your read in these situations, especially if the other people in the hand are loose.

In lower buyins, that all in does usually mean they have it.

I'm all-in on the flop with the 2-flush showing, because (1) there are so many worse hands that will call and (2) I'll do my best to knock out the flush draw and (3) straight draw. Another queen popping up would be a time I would lose. Oh well.

it was probably a very good fold. You have to ask yourself what could they have since there are two of them.(people) one folded so he doesnt have the Q. They couldnt both be on flush draws.(not likely) BB wasnt last to act he was second. If he was going to push on a flush draw he would have done it on the flop most likely.
