I was playing a little too loose after three hours I was up to ~$120 from 100.
Nine handed
Me: BB AKo
Him: UTG 5s6s
2 limpers(UTG&SB) to me I raise to $12. UTG calls.
$26 in the pot at flop.
Flop: QsJh9s I bet $25, he calls.
Turn: 3s I check, he checks
River: 10c, I bet $25, he goes all in, but I have him covered by about ~$30, I call with my nut straight.
Did I raise to too little on the flop? I thought his pot odds were -EV. But implied +EV since he knew he could get me to go all in if he hit his flush and since I was not slowplaying that session, since I had not hit anything more than two pair that session and I did not bet on the turn he knew I didn't have a flush.
I bet $25 since that was very large sum at the slow table, I did not want a call on my straight draw. I thought I had the bet amount just right since it would have seamed as though I was stealing the pot with a larger bet.
