I played pot limit Omaha high only last night for the first time on Paradise. It was a rough go for a while, but I think I started to get the hang of it. I have some questions for the more experienced players here.
Can this game be beaten by playing tight, reading the board and just pounding the pot when you have the nuts? This was the strategy I ended up using last night, and it went great. I bought into one of the $50 games and cashed out for a little over $200. There were several times when I got to the river or atleast the turn very cheap and was able to get calls from non nut hands when I had the stone nuts. The biggest hit was a straight flush I made on the turn over an A high flush.
I really enjoyed this game, and would appreciate any help.
