does the SS UTG change the way you play this hand?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (4 handed)

SB (t2265)
BB (t2745)
UTG (t800)
Hero (t2190)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 8/images/graemlins/club.gif, 8/images/graemlins/spade.gif.
UTG folds, Hero raises to t2190 (All-In)

I originally thought this was bad...but I crunched some numbers with either opponent calling with AA-99 + AK and AQ.

My chip EV is +208 chips.

What do you guys think?

Yes, it does. Also, with 2200 chips, you could still fold to a reraise and not be in a dangerously position. I would raise to 600, fold to an all-in reraise, but would be prepared to go all-in on a favorable flop.

I have no doubt that it's a +EV play. But is that amount of +EV worth the $EV on the bubble? I personally don't think so. I'd rather wait for a better spot, or a better hand.

is there a program to crunch these numbers? i'm interested in this sort of stuff but don't know where to start.

Fully agree. I think this is a raise (but to 700-800)/fold.

What type of flop am I looking for? I'm really unsure how to play hands like this.

Raising 1/3 of the stack is generally a bad play. This is an easy push.
