This site is faster today!!!

For some unknown reason, the download time for this site has speeded up unbelievably today, for me at least with dial-up internet. It has been virtually unusable until today because of HUGE delays. I wouldn't go so far as to call it "unstable" by any means, maybe a little slow at times... At the same time it does seem to be loading faster on my Sidekick today. Usually the bottleneck isn't with the website but in the translation to compress the data so who knows...

I was mistaken--half-hour later it's the same crappy-slow as ever. Perhaps a fleeting time-warp. Just gotta have those great blinking ads download on each and every click!!

It's most likely your ISP then. At home I never have pages take more than .5 seconds to load after I click a link.
