How do you deal with mini-raisers?

Since some are being clever (at least, they think they're being clever) with AA, and others are just holding Q9s, how do you deal with them?

I've been putting them on a slightly larger range of hands than I normally would. Is this what you typically do? And if not, what do you typically do?

The best way I can put it is that early on, they have absolutely no bearing on how I play a hand. (Well, I might just coldcall and not reraise AQ or something. But it's close.)

Actually, I love them even more because it encourages every jackass with T9o or A8s to call, which makes it great to play little pairs knowing there won't be a big reraise behind without a real hand.
