Didnt know that it was available. I guess its just for the casino users only. The current LOY25 bonus is only available to new customers.

I tried to get the casino bonus but I couldn't even get that credited, in fact I couldn't use any of the funds I put into the "casino account". I gave up in the end.

Did you download the casino software? It has to work then surely.

They credit the bonus after you wager $250. Then you transfer your balance from the casino to the sportsbook. Then you can cash out.

You don't need to download that software. I think his problem was the he intuitively clicked on an icon for an individual casino game. The icons don't work.

Ahhhhhh. I was transferring the money to Games/Club Casino when I should have been transferring it to Casino. It was confusing as there is a "bonus" column for Poker and one for Games/Club Casino but not for Casino so I assumed it was the Games/Club Casino that the bonus was issued for.

Haven't released the bonus yet, its only small, the games are slow and there's no multi hand VP but its got a low w.r (10x) so shouldn't take too long.
