Game is 1/2, Partypoker 6-max limit. I'm still struggling with the starting hand requirements at the short-handed tables, so if you could help me out, that would be great.

QJ in BB, called to you. raise or no?

KJo in BB, 3 callers in front
JTs, button, UTG called
A4o, button, folded to you
ATo, SB, 2 callers in front

Raise or Call depending on likelihood of blinds to fold and passiveness of UTG(would he limp AJ-QJ, AT, KT, QT)?

Raise from where? Tend to 3-bet CO/Button or Lag, Fold to EP. At Party 1/2 loose BB devalues this hand. BB usually calls 3-bet.
