View Full Version : Anyone Else Not being Paid by InterPoker/Crypto Skins ?

First, some background information.

I've had an InterPoker (originally InterCasinoPoker) account since July 2003. There has been a lot of talk here recently about their PIN system for cashouts. I have never had a problem with this. My PIN arrived within a few days and cashouts to Neteller have been routine since then.

When I first started playing at InterPoker, I would begin playing on the first of each month, play the required number of raked hands, collect my bonus, cash out my winnings and resume play at my normal sites. Ever since they upgraded their software and began offering NL games (around March 2004) I have been playing NL during European prime time on a regular basis. As a result, I have cashed out more often and for larger amounts.

On September 30, I requested a cashout to my Neteller account. ECash Direct (the service that handles Crypto banking transactions for anyone who is not familiar) is usually slow (2-3 days) but reliable. On October 7 when my cash still had not arrived in my Neteller account I called Ecash. They told me that due to a banking holiday cashouts were slow and that my request had been received and was in process. I was told it would be in my account by Tuesday October 12. It was not.

Today I again called Ecash. This time they told me the cashout was completed and sent to Neteller on October 1 and that I should contact Neteller if it was not in my account.

I called Neteller and was told that they never received this money and that I should try to get a transaction number from ECash.

I again called ECash and this time I was told that because of the size of the withdrawal it had to go through a verification process which was what was completed on October 1st and that the money should be in my Neteller account within 4 business days of this date. I pointed out that we were long past 4 business days and asked why the money still had not been transferred. He stated that due to high demand, cashouts via check were running slow. I again explained that this was a Neteller withdrawal not a check.

He then told me that they are in the process of moving to another Country which is delaying requests . He said he would forward my information to the appropriate person and ask that it be processed immediately, but it may take up to 4 business days to hit Neteller.

I realize that Crypto is a large company and should be stable. However, the size of this cashout was nothing out of the ordinary for my account and ECash is throwing up a lot of red flags with their stalling tactics.

Anyone else having a problem ?

Do we have anything to be concerned about ?

I put in for a withdrawal on Monday and I have it in Neteller already.

I have cashed out at all six cryptos and have had no delays this month.

Good luck dealing with their support.

Same here. Put in a withdrawal request at Caribbean Sun last night and it was in Neteller in 16 hours.

Ugg... I don't like that sounds of that.

I'm going to be going onto my 4th week without receiving a pin from Total Bet or UK Betting.

I was about to put some money into the other skins to start clearing, but maybe I'll wait until the dust settles, or at least hear some success stories, or get my friggin PIN from Total Bet and UK Betting.

I've done a few Crypto cashouts recently with no unusual delays. None were over 2k though, so I can't speak to whether they bog things down for a bigger amount.

Baulucky, Peach Casino is a crypto with a monthly bonus. It's casino only, no poker room.

Peach casino has the same bonus offer as intercasino.

[ QUOTE ]
Get up to an $90 FREE Bonus EVERY MONTH at PeachCasino!

Here is how it works -
EVERY MONTH, we'll give EVERY PLAYER at PeachCasino a FREE bonus of up to $90! All you need to do is decide how much bonus money you would like to get during each month. Make your first deposit of each month $25 or more and we will match it 100% up to a maximum of $90! This applies from the second month that you join Peach Casino as a real money depositor.

So what do you get for your first deposit if the 90 bonus doesn't kick in til the second month?

there must have been a sign-up bonus, or i certainly would not have joined. maybe they nixed it?

i'll say this to the peach players. after making your $90 depo, play only a couple of hands of blackjack then check the cashier. i think you will be able to withdraw some (or even ALL) of that bonus whether you have hit the WR or not. they seem to not be fixing this highly exploitable bug. this is the case with all cryptos i have played except intercasino.

finally, while i am not an affiliate for peach, they use the same affiliate management as empire (tradal). i don't know if this means that peach is the only crypto that has indirect ties to IGlobalM/WPC, but i found it odd that they were connected in any way at all.

The cashout finally credited to my Neteller account on 10-22-04 (22 days after my original request).

I never did receive a valid explanation of why it took so long, just the company line that cashouts were running slow.
