All fine as far as I can see, not sure he has an ace for definate, if he had Ak,AQ (so a reason to raise the flop) then I would expect a pre flop raise. He may well have a busted flush draw.

So yes bet the river.

Also 1/2 should be in micro.

If he does, you don't really want to bet the river. But he could easily just have a smaller pair or two pair here, so you have to bet.
