Cap. His likely hand is a 6 (or 22 to a lesser extent) and he doesn't put you on a flush (if he's thinking about it) as you were the pfr, and he can't re-raise so you downside is limited. The board is such that probabale better hands (56, 66, 22) aren't prevalent.

The turn check-raise is a bit much is he is loose passive as it opens you up to a 3-bet, and there is a good chance the J didn't give you the best hand unless he was semibluffing (but loose passives don't do this) or raised 77, 88, 99 or TT on the flop (which a LP might not do).

I'd prefer to bet out on the turn. I disagree with J.R. with the river how the hand went down. You've been kicking his head in the whole way and he's still raising. Call the 3-bet.
