My Plan continued. EV

Thanks to thoes of you that responed to My Plan (posted two days ago}. It helped. I won $15 last night and am ahead $12 tonight and on break.
I have two more questions.
1. I am using a Value Chart Poker Hands - Expected Value By Position (http://teamfu.freeshell.org/poker_hands/ev_position.html) . Could some of you look at this and give me your opinion? I am using this until I get enough history in Poker Tracker.
2. Some of you use a program that you wrote that customizes your hand history. Can you give me more info on these programs? Such as where can I get one?

It's a good reference, but take it for what it's worth. 77 is -EV in the SB, that doesn't mean you should fold it in the SB every time. A6s is +EV in MP, that doesn't mean you should call raises with it, or play it every single time.
