3/6 on PP Dealt QQ in BB

MP raises to 6, folded to me in BB I 3 bet, he caps I call.

Flop comes A /images/graemlins/club.gif 3/images/graemlins/heart.gif 4 /images/graemlins/heart.gif

I bet out: I figure I get raised here by a strong A or maybe KK.

Turn 5/images/graemlins/club.gif I bet again MP just calls

River 3/images/graemlins/club.gif I bet MP calls and shows KK.

Was betting out the best action?


Hand #2:

I raised TT in MP, CO 3 bets I just call - 3 bet here?? Fold??

Flop Q 9 7 rainbow. I bet out, CO raises I just call.

Turn J I check fold

Hand #3: I get T/images/graemlins/diamond.gif T/images/graemlins/spade.gif

EP limp, MP calls CO raises I call 6 cold on the Button, SB and BB Fold, EP calls and MP calls.

4 to the Flop for 4.75 BB

Flop: 6 /images/graemlins/spade.gif 3/images/graemlins/heart.gif T/images/graemlins/club.gif

EP checks, MP check, CO bets, I just call with my set hoping EP and MP call, they do.

4 to the turn for 6.75 BB

Turn 9/images/graemlins/spade.gif

EP and MP check, CO bets I Raise, EP and MP fold CO calls

2 to the River 10.75 BB

River 8 /images/graemlins/spade.gif CO checks I check Behind

Hand 1: check fold the flop. With no read, capping hands are, AA, KK, AK, and a very unlikey QQ. You lose to most and split with another. Some you are almost drawing dead.

Hand 2: If he 3-bets how can you 3-bet? Turn fold is terrible, you have an OESD.

Hand 3: 3 bet with tens preflop unless CO is a rock. Smooth call on the flop isn't bad, it's a pretty safe board. You missed a value bet on the river.

That's being too gentle. The lack of a river bet is really bad here.

Hand 2 turn was a K not a J sorry 'bout the typo. Giving me a gut shot.

Hand 3 I was too careful on the river. I was fearful of made straights and flushes.

Turns out he did indeed make a King high flush.

Trying to work out how to become more aggressive appreciate the comments.
