I currently play middle limit hold'em and I'm entering a no-limit hold'em tournament with under 50 players and I think it will be 2 rebuys within the required period. I have little experience with no-limit. What is (are) the best book for a begginer no-limit? Also, any advice you could give regarding basic fundamentals would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
