FELLOW POKER PLAYERS - Can anyone help me out..

I have been trying to make an animated gif like Tenpercenter or tabasco with my four custom chips,
but as you can see I SUCK AT THIS.. CAn anyone help me out.
Tutorial - I HAVE 4 Hi Res JPGS's & I want them to be my avater....

You will need an image editing software like Photoshop or Paintshop (not to be confused with MS Paint)...once you have a GIF Editing software, you can do it very easy, its a common feature and should be easily accessible within a Tools menu or New File menu.
