Hero has T /images/graemlins/heart.gif 4 /images/graemlins/heart.gif in SB.

Folded to button, Button calls. Hero completes. BB raises. Both call.

Flop:
2 /images/graemlins/club.gif 4 /images/graemlins/club.gif 5 /images/graemlins/heart.gif

Hero bets, BB raises, Button folds, Hero calls.

Turn:
T /images/graemlins/diamond.gif

Hero checks, BB bets, Hero raises, BB calls.

River:
J /images/graemlins/diamond.gif

Hero bets, BB calls.

Anything different? My main concerns are the preflop call, and the flop call against the raise.

The flop bet was pretty bad. Check-fold this.

Depending on the blind structure, I would think about folding this preflop with only one limper behind.

You could probably safely fold this PF, but I suspect the EV is positive with a completion. I don't mind the flop bet either, strictly because of the single heart.
