Maybe it's the clod/flu thing I'm coming down with, but I have a good, albeit completely irrational, feeling about this tourney tonight. Who else is in?

Alas, I have no time for a limit tourney tonight.

Perhaps Jslag will play.

He seemed to like Wednesday.

Woodguy

4th break, ~19K. Playing pretty well, had one steal gone awry for T5k.

This is my first time playing with the PT tourney window up and auto-update going and I must say it rocks!

im curious, what exactly are you doing? (PT wise)

I have the tourney real time window up, and auto update grabbing hand histories every minute. Also, I started observing tables 1-3 at the very beginning of the tourney.

I keep the tourney window right in terms of who is at the table (you have to set this yourself) and I am walking the blinds up (current level + 2 above and below) in the filter, so I get a good profile on everyone at the table.

i have no idea how to do that, but neat trick nevertheless.

You can get PT to update the players automatically. In the game-time window, click "preferences" and then look at the pull-down menu titled "populate the table with information from one of my previously loaded tournies." It'll keep track of changes at the table for you.

edit - I've been getting a lot of use from the game-time window and the new auto-import for party. The auto-rate (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=micro&Number=923884&Forum= ,All_Forums,&Words=pokertracker&Searchpage=1&Limit =25&Main=923884&Search=true&where=bodysub&Name=552 4&daterange=1&newerval=2&newertype=m&olderval=&old ertype=&bodyprev=#Post923884) stuff is pretty nice too.

so now that your at the final table what kind of information do you have on everyone there?

fnord_too

VP$IP, PFR, stuff like that. All for deep into limit tournies (mainly just this one I think).

Here's something interesting. There are only two people at the final table who have check raised. I'm one of them.

I have 62 hands since i started watching with 12 people left (so 62 with most of the final table and 52 with the rest) with 0% check-raise for everyone. craziness.

I went for two c/r's against alfonse a few rounds ago, he declined to indulge me.

Break 5, chip leader with 210k, 6 left.

the reason for this (I think) is most people have read super system, in which brunson states why he doesnt like to check raise in most positions. If i have a huge hand i dont want my opponent to get a free card. I also want to bet into him hoping to get raised. if i take down the pot there im happy with that as i usually get a nice pot built up with preflop raising..

against a weak player i might consider check raising if i know he will think im setting a trap.

post the hands you check raise with..id be very curious to see them.

Last break, all the chips!

When it got to HU I thought it was going to be easy, but it went back and forth a lot.
