I can't be as specific about number of callers as the people who use records, but I'll give you what I have..

1. Holding AT(s) on the button, would you call a raise?
cold?
2. Holding AhQh : FLOP Kd-5c-4c..do you fold to a bet?
3. Holding AcKc: I raise, 3 others stay. FLOP: K-8-7
bet to my right--I raise--call-call
TURN: 3 all call
RIVER: 5..I bet all call again--did I play that right?
BTW I lost to K5 /images/graemlins/frown.gif
4.You're on the button with K9(o): do you cold call a raise?
5. You're in late pos. holding JT(s)--do you call a raise & reraise?

Thanks! /images/graemlins/heart.gif

1 - depends on number of limpers/where the bet came from.
2 - again, need to be more specific but normally fold.
3 - played perfectly, that your opponent for not raising the river.
4 - no chance.
5 - no.

1. Depends on a few things, obviously the raising standards of the raiser is important and how many limpers. You probably want to fold this unless there are a lot of players.

2. Fold it

3. Nothing you can do

4. Dont play this junk

5. fold unless there are a lot of others

I will assume full table with typical players for the game. Your questions are good, but will almost always need more information.

I notice that your play isn't really bad until you lose to K5 on the river... maybe you should consider taking a break if you get a bad beat like that. Tell your opponenets you need get a drink or something.

That's good advice--I'll take it!

1. Fold unless there are a LOT of people in the pot. And if it wasn't suited, I'd fold to a raise every time.
2. Depends on the bettor, but generally yes, a fold is good.
3. You played fine, other guy sucked out. It happens.
4. No way. In fact, I usually won't play this hand even in an unraised pot.
5. Fold.

One thing that has helped me tremendously is that I almost never cold call a raise. If I like my hand good enough to play, I will almost always re-raise. If I don't feel comfortable re-raising, then I will fold. The only exceptions I make are strong drawing hands with lots of people in the pot (high suited connectors or a small pair).

Depends on where the raise came from and how many people are in. Here are 3 examples.
UTG raises, folded to you. FOLD
UTG raises, 4 cold-callers to you, CALL
Folded to Cutoff who raises, you RAISE

NO

Again, how you play this hand is very sensitive to the # of people in the pot.
