Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 4 handed)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A/images/graemlins/club.gif, 5/images/graemlins/spade.gif.
UTG folds, Button folds, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: (2 SB) K/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 7/images/graemlins/club.gif, 5/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (2 players)
SB bets, Hero calls.

Turn: (2 BB) T/images/graemlins/club.gif (2 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, SB folds.

Final Pot: 5 BB

HadnŽt played much with him, think he was loose.

What hands do you normally raise preflop against a loose SB openlimper.

IŽm probably like 77,A9,A7s,KJ,KTs,QJs. sounds about right ?

I play it the same - do you fold to a 3bet?
also - do you check behind the river if he calls?

I think you should usually raise this PF. If you play the battle of blinds aggressively you will often get even loose players giving up the SB when its folded around.

You should raise this on the flop. If you had a pair of Ks waiting to raise might be better.

Raise PF. If you check than raise flop.

I thought waiting was ok here since he may be bluffing or may fold a 7 to a turnraise if an 8+ card comes, so I gain a BB more and have the chance of him folding a better hand for one more SB than raising the flop and betting the turn.

IŽll try raising more in these spots and see how it will play out.

I pretty much raise any Ace, K6+, Q8+, 55+. I play blind vs. blind very aggressively. At least in the 1/2 game, when I raise a SB openlimper, I bet on any flop with an A or K, or a flop that hits me.
