Your only choices are fold and push... if it is a lower buy in you might consider pushing but I think folding is only play here. His limp reraise just screams aces or kings.

My experience tells me you're in trouble here. UTG +1 was probably limping in hopes of catching a raise, and that's what happened.

I think you're looking at AA or KK here. Tough to do, but I'd lay it down.
