Party Poker 0.50/1 Hold'em (7 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

My reads are MP1 is LAGgy, and both UTG and BB are loose/passive.

Preflop: Hero is SB with T/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, J/images/graemlins/spade.gif.
UTG calls, MP1 calls, MP2 folds, CO calls, Button folds, Hero completes, BB checks.

Flop: (5 SB) 4/images/graemlins/club.gif, 6/images/graemlins/spade.gif, T/images/graemlins/spade.gif (5 players)
Hero bets, BB calls, UTG calls, MP1 raises, CO folds, Hero 3-bets, BB calls, UTG calls, MP1 calls.

Turn: (8.50 BB) 7/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (4 players)
Hero bets, BB calls, UTG calls, MP1 raises, Hero calls, BB calls, UTG calls.

River: (16.50 BB) J/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (4 players)
Hero bets, BB folds, UTG folds, MP1 raises, Hero 3-bets, MP1 calls.

Final Pot: 22.50 BB

Did I just get lucky on the river here, or did I play this right given my reads?

I think you got lucky, and you played it fine. Against a LAG I think that's the right amount of aggressiveness. Only after the turn raise does it seem like he's got the best hand (unless he's extrememly LAGgy), nothing for you to do but call and get lucky on the river /images/graemlins/smile.gif
