Beginner's No-Limit Question

(I wasn't sure whether to put this on the Beginners Questions page or this one, so I just decided on this one.)


In no-limit hold 'em, can you raise for an amount that's smaller than the size of the initial bet?

I.e. if someone bets 100 dollars, can you raise 25 dollars or does it have to be at least 100 dollars?

Turbo No-Limit hold'em Tournament doesn't seem to let me do the former.

If the game is set up like normal, you must raise at least the size of the initial bet.

Right, unless the additional amount will put you all-in.
