Table was loose and aggressive. Is the turn bet any good? Flop cap was ok right?

No, I don't think this was overplayed. He might have JJ and be afraid of AA, or AK afraid of AJ or JJ. Something else is more likely, and you beat something else.

Strangely, neither button nor CO had a flush draw.
