i hate when the 2nd post influences voting.. so:

my vote in white:
<font color="white">i voted for call. I'm sure you have BB beat. SB's play seemed like a 6 and a pair.. like 86. the problem with a raise is BB will fold all but his strongest hands. He has to fear both a backdoor flush and a one card straight. A raise here must be made when you are confident you have SB beat. I'm not confident enough to raise, so I call.</font>

I voted call. The river card's lousy (completes a one-card straight and a backdoor flush draw) and with the previous action playing so much like a draw, I can't see a raise being for value.
