These are possible regret hands. I think I made the right folds, even though the results might suggest otherwise. What do you think?

Did I make the right folds? I have second guessed the first one, but not the second. How do others feel about these decisions?

Both are good folds. Use the results to learn about your opponents, not make your own bad plays in the future.

Hand #1 - a bet, a raise, and the SB calling 2 1/2 cold? You gotta think either there is a hight PP out there, or your Ace is dominated. I would take good note that SB called a 3-bet with Pocket 5s, or that UTG capped a 3-way flop with KTs.

Hand 2 - you can't really think playing T7o against an UTG raise is a good move? The thing to note here is how the BB slow played the AA against a PFR and a board with 2 to the flush.

Use these hands to improve your notes - not change your calling standards.
