If someone already has an account, can I make them my affliate, and if I can, how?

You have to email party and tell them what % of rake you will be paying the guy.

They will take it from there.

You also need to be sure to be very explicit and clear in your writings with Party. They are in India, so make sure that you make it very clear what the current situation is, what you want to happen, and, most importantly, why you need it to happen.

You cannot make them your affiliate once they have signed up already. However, there are often many skins to a site, and the rules do not prohibit signing up at more than one skin.
