If you were starting a cardroom, what would you do for the jackpot?

I'd like to hear especially from those who work in cardrooms, info on what hands to get the jackpot, how often does it hit, and anything and everything in the way of comments on what you would do if YOU were starting a new cardroom and wanted to do jackpots.

admittedly, I don't like them at all, but this is a hypothetical question for a friend!
