View Full Version : Odd Experience During a UB SnG

I was playing a table on Saturday when a player went all-in on every hand 7 times in a row [he stole some blinds and some UTG limps]. He commented "pretty tight table" because no one was interested in calling all-in. Finally, someone in position called him with cowboys and he was busted down to 100. I then took him out on the next hand.

The player then hung around and tried to bait the table into playing heads up with him. My first instinct was he was an idiot and I would be happy to take his money. I then thought he may be trying to suck players into heads up play by exhibiting an extremely reckless image.

Has anyone experienced this? Is this guy simply an idiot or is he smart enough to invest in a 5.00 SnG to win it back [and more] in heads up play?

What's his name? I look forward to playing him.

I can exactly recall; however, it was something like "DipSchmidt". I thought at the time it was a fairly accurate handle.

at a $5 sng, at what limit did he think someone would play him heads up? .10/.25?

Not sure. At the time I think he was hoping for a heads up SnG.

Sounds to me like what a pool hustler would do. He is probably very strong.

Or a drunk guy who wants to gamble. All in every hand of a SnG and he gets to gamboool.

Sounds to me like you do NOT want to be messing with him. I agree, he's probably very strong.
