Has anyone ever done a correlation analysis on sports wagering using spread movement (amount relative to the number, days moved, public perception, ect..) as variables. Correct me if I'm wrong. When does the smart money bet? Don't the people who make their living doing this make their plays when the line comes out? Plain and simple, is there a "nerdy" way to beat the system?
