First let me say that I really, really, really don't want this to turn into a political debate. I am not interested whatsoever in your political views, and I am not going to base my vote on anything said in this thread.

The question is simply this: Which candidate, if any, is best (not as bad) for the future of online gambling?

I don't think it really matters. Neither one of them can legislate in the areas in which gambling sites are held. As to the players, do you really think they are going to try and stop them? If so, how?

Probably Kerry and I am voting for Bush so I would consider my opinion unbiased but a Bush DOJ is much more likely to go after what it deams to be illegal gambling. I wish it wasn't so but that's how I see it.

I don't know, but I do know that casinos are one of the few types of corporations which donate more money to Democrats than Republicans.
