UTG+2 and MP1 are semi-weak semi-passive. I_Like_to_Raise must be on drugs (has bet and raised in every spot in some hands with as little as 9 high).

If the button really does raise 100% of the time then I would prefer to 3-bet the flop because I would hope it would tie the other players in enough that they are more likely to call the next two bets they will face on the turn. I think your way is good as well though, it really depends on the players and how likely to call they are on different streets.
