I'm one of the I-can't-belive-they-took-my-$500-back folks. They gave me the popup indicating I could get 10% up to a $100, and I have until EOD 10/3 to do it. Make a withdrawal, go to make the deposit this morning, and the goddamn offer is gone. Anybody else have this problem?

Yeah, the pop up was gone this morning. I deposited, and as I was afraid of, no bonus.

Emailed them with the problem, and the bonus was credited within 2 hours.

Ding ding ding! The email did in fact say 2-OCT and the pop up said 3-OCT! I emailed them and they said that the offer expired on 2-OCT! Well hell thanks alot again!

I hate it when they don't specify October 3rd at 00:00 or 24:00, so I always assume 00:00 and deposit the day before.
