Get disconnected. Can't connect for ages..... fu****

Get email from paradise that server was down. They return entry fee AND give me my % of chip times the prize pool.

Nice - I accept their apology. What would Party do (not even return your email I expect).

It happened to me at party once. They voided the tournament and paid everyone their entries back. I can't remember if anyone had been eliminated or not.

i was in one at party with 3 people out and party server went down. They refunded me after i emailed them with the buy in plus my portion of the eliminated's buy in.

Party seems to have the exact policy. I got this from a 50+5 tournament that went awry a few days ago:
Your share of the minimum prize pool award = $0.00
Your share in money equally divided = $19,750.00/545 = $36.24
Your share based on your chip count = $19,750.00 * (1310/790000) = $32.75
Your entry fee refunded = $5.00
Total money refunded = $73.99
