midweek in Tunica?

Where is 20/40 or higher holdem played in Tunica during midweek? Horseshoe? Grand? both? Thanks

Horeshoe will be your best bet, though I don't know if they spread 20/40 during the daytime mid-week.

I was at the Shoe a couple of Tuesdays ago around 10pm-ish just killing time at 4/8 and they called a couple people to their 20/40 game so at least i can tell you that they did actually have one.

I might guess that they start it up somewhere around 5p-7p or so depending on how things are looking that night.

I have no idea if the game was especially juicy or not but my hunch is that it is probably worthwhile.

Horseshoe has the only 20-40 games in Tunica. It runs nearly 24-7. Generally speaking if it breaks down midweek it is back "UP" by 10am. It shuts down on average about twice a week around 6-7 am for 2-4 hrs as a general rule of thumb. Fabulous game.

Other posters pretty much covered this, but stick to the Shoe. I've never seen, or heard of, anything higher than 10-20 at the Grand. Saw a 15-30 at the Goldstrike once, but that was when the World Poker Open was going on.

This morning there were 2 x 20-40 games till 4am...1 full game still at 8am...so it should continue for another 24 hrs
in any case.
